I made these for our good friend who my daughter absolutely loves, and it went over awesomely well, that and this carrot cake from our favorite local bakery here in Sacramento, CA:

Oh wow Kelly, these look amazing! I’ve never tried one of these pulled-roast type sandwiches. They seem so popular in the States, but it’s just not something you see over here. I can’t wait to try something that for us is completely different! They look so delicious, I’m sure they’ll be a huge hit! Thanks for the inspiration. 🙂
