Warm And Cheesy Cranberry Dip

Happy Holidays Jessi and Practically Functional Readers! It’s Kelley from Eat Drink Eat (dot com) sharing a friend’s favorite holiday dip. My girlfriend, who I’ve known since 1st grade, just made this for our annual “Friendsgiving” dinner a couple of weeks ago. It’s super cheesy, a little tangy from the sharp cheddar and the cranberries burst when you bite into them. Yum.

I hope you all have a great holiday this year, and for more easy recipes for your dinner parties, head to www.EatDrinkEat.com for appetizers, drinks, and desserts. You can also get updates from me on Facebook, Twitter and my absolute fave Instagram.

And just for you, Jessi – I was out in your area on business two weeks ago, for just one late night before heading home. You live near such an awesome city and even though it was *freezing* and even snowing a little, I just loved it.

Thanks again for stopping by everyone! It’s been a blast writing for Practically Functional for the last several months and even though this gig is over, I hope to be back every now and then.

Looks delicious. Do you cook the cranberries first or are you putting raw cranberries in the mix? Thanks!

Hi Barb – they are raw but during the baking process they get nice and soft and burst in your mouth. Good luck! Kelley
