This delicious butterbeer latte recipe is so easy to make, and it will be a huge hit with any Harry Potter fans in your home! (Also, learn how to order one (hot or iced) from the Starbucks secret menu!)
Heat the brown sugar and butter in a medium-sized pan on medium-high heat. Stir often and keep heating until it starts to caramelize and you see large bubbles forming on the surface.
Slowly add the milk and stir until it’s completely mixed in. Don’t worry if the brown sugar and butter seems to solidify when you add the milk; just keep stirring the mixture over medium-high heat and it will all melt and mix together.
Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon and stir to incorporate.
Then turn off the heat, ladle it into a mug, add another sprinkle of cinnamon on top, and you have yourself a delicious homemade butterbeer latte!
