Open the This Is My Lucky Shirt project in Design Space. Click the green Make It button to send it to your Cricut as-is (approx. 11" wide by 9" tall), or click Customize to make modifications prior to cutting.
On the Prepare Mats screen, toggle the "Mirror" switch on for both mats, then click Continue.
Set the material to Foil Iron On, then make sure the fine-point blade is loaded in your machine.
Place the iron on vinyl onto the adhesive mat with the "pretty side down", then load it into your machine.
Press the flashing GO button to start the cut.
Unload the mat and remove the vinyl, then repeat for the second mat.
Weed away the background vinyl.
Set the EasyPress to 315 degrees and pre-press just the blank shirt for 5 seconds to warm it up.
Position the weeded vinyl design on the shirt, then press the design for 30 seconds with the EasyPress (moving the EasyPress and pressing for another 30 seconds if the design is larger than the EasyPress)
Flip the shirt over and press for 15 seconds on the back of the shirt.
Peel the plastic backing off the vinyl design while it is still warm.
Notes
I used Emerald Green foil iron on and Light Gold foil iron on from Cricut for this project, and the shirt is just a regular Everywear shirt from Old Navy.Care:Turn inside out before washing and wash with cool water on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
