Hey there, it’s Kelley again from Eat Drink Eat (dot com). I hope you all had a great, long weekend. We stayed around town (Northern California), spent time with friends and family, stopped at the Farmer’s market and made my end of summer grilled peach, tomato and corn salad. It has the perfect balance of flavors and tastes so fresh.

And I just love the corn and tomato combo – I made a corn cake tomato appetizer for a party last year that was a total hit and I was recently inspired by these corn and tomato toasts that we had during a wine tasting trip to Lodi, CA a couple of weeks ago.
