Spring Keeping & Organization In The Garage

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Gladiator GarageWorks for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Who doesn’t love a good spring cleaning?! Cleaning out closets, getting rid of stuff that’s cluttering up your home… it’s great! But what about when you actually need all that stuff that’s cluttering up your home? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for getting rid of unnecessary junk, but you don’t want to throw out things that you actually need just because you’re on a cleaning binge! This is especially true in the garage because it usually ends up being the storage area for all the things that don’t really “fit” in your house. Luckily, there’s a super simple solution: don’t throw away stuff during your spring-cleaning, just organize it instead! Think of it as a little “Spring Keeping”!

Gladiator GarageWorks is all about Spring Keeping, and they generously offered to send me their highly rated Premium Tall GearBox to help me get my garage organized. And it made a huge difference!

If you’ve been following along, you know we’ve been going through a garage remodel lately. The entire garage was cleared out so that we could work, and I was so thrilled because I figured it was a great opportunity for me to organize things in our newly remodeled space. But of course, that didn’t quite happen. Life got in the way and we slowly started storing things in the garage again, even though we didn’t really have any way to organize them.

We did a little planting out front, so the soil, mulch, and shovels all went back into the garage when we were finished. We did a little barbecuing once the weather warmed up, so the charcoal, chimney, and grill tools all went back into the garage when we were finished. And so on and so on until my beautiful, empty, clean, and newly remodeled garage was once again filled with all of our “junk”!

We started spring-cleaning when the weather warmed up here, and I got rid of a lot of useless stuff that was cluttering up our house. But the problem was, the stuff in the garage wasn’t useless junk; it’s stuff we use all the time! So I decided that we just needed a better way to store it all so that it was organized, tidy, and not sprawled across the whole garage. And the highly rated Premium Tall GearBox was the perfect solution!

Now all of our gardening items and grilling equipment fit in one small area at the front of the garage; it’s easy to get to, organized, and tidy-looking!

The super sturdy shelves on the inside are perfect for holding all of our gardening tools, and it’s so much easier to find what I’m looking for without having to dig through a giant pile of stuff. And the best part is, just in case your shelves get a little disorganized, you can close the doors and it still looks neat and tidy! Plus, the doors lock, which is a great way to keep the pesticides safe from pets and children!
