Hi, it’s Kelley again from Eat Drink Eat (dot com)! I am so ready for our Thanksgiving (and annual Friendsgiving) dinner, I always volunteer an appetizer or two and a fun cocktail. This one I got from my Mother-in-Law, “Nana”, from North Carolina. She always makes good and “easy” food she says. This one is definitely both!
Make this bacon ranch cheese ball the night before so you don’t have to stress that day and it will set perfectly.
Other favorite Thanksgiving appetizers are: my favorite and super easy to put together (and kind of secretly impressive) cheese plate, and this (another easy but “fancy”) recipe for cornmeal cakes topped with tomatoes.
See you back here in December!
Hi, I’m Kelley with Eat Drink Eat (dot com), a food, party and everything in between blog. I live in Northern California with my North Carolinian husband and almost 3 year old daughter. My favorite things of the moment: trying new recipes out on my family, the beach, lemon anything, iced tea (sweet tea for my hubby), swimming under water, cheese plates, handwritten letters, painting with my daughter, iced vanilla lattes, salt bagels with sweet cream cheese, and wine tasting.
