Easy S’mores Brownies

Hi, Happy Fall! It’s Kelley again from Eat Drink Eat (dot com). I like to make everything bite sized or individual sized, I think it makes it really special for your family and guests. So I’m here today to share a yummy version of our favorite bonfire treat (sans the bonfire). I made these super easy to make mini s’mores brownies for my Uncle who will be our contractor on our upcoming bathroom remodel. We had a major water leak in the ceiling about 3 months after we moved in to our new house, which basically took our guest bathroom down to the studs.

It’s kind of fun though to be able to pick out all new tile, vanity, colors etc. So to thank my Uncle for his help and for coming to our house to scope the situation out, I made these special (and individually sized) s’mores brownies:
