Fresh Peach Lime Margarita

Hi, it’s Kelley again with Eat Drink Eat (dot com). I love sharing my recipes with Jessi and all her Practically Functional readers and today I have the most fabulous and delicious blended peach lime margarita.

The best blended peach lime margarita from EatDrinkEat.com

My Mom and sister took all the grandkids to Lake Tahoe (here in Northern California) last week and I knew they would be beat. When they got back I treated them to, first a cocktail with fresh peaches and lime juice, and then a little bite to eat. My Mom said it might be the best margarita she’s ever had!! I think I agree…

This drink is perfect for a a hot night, especially here being around 100 degrees lately. Plus peaches might be my most favorite thing ever – I recently compiled a whole list of peach recipes, made this peach side dish and these fruit popsicles shared by my cousin, Heidi from Happiness is Homemade.

And here’s my girl playing in the Lake!

Hi, I'm Kelley with Eat Drink Eat (dot com), a food, party and everything in between blog. I live in Northern California with my North Carolinian husband and almost 3 year old daughter. My favorite things of the moment: trying new recipes out on my family, the beach, lemon anything, iced tea (sweet tea for my hubby), swimming under water, cheese plates, handwritten letters, painting with my daughter, iced vanilla lattes, salt bagels with sweet cream cheese, and wine tasting.
